All of our Support groups are In-Person, Free and open to the public.

NAMI Family Support: is a peer-led support group for any adult with a loved one who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. Gain insight from the challenges and successes of others facing similar experiences.

Millennial Connect: As the name implies this is a group intended for people 28-43yrs, living with a mental health condition. It's a non traditional format, intended to be more casual and more about connecting, doing things together and building friendships.
